Bajra flour or millet flour is made from a small round grain resembling mustard seed. It has slightly nutty flavor. The millet is small seeded species of cereal crops.

They have uneven edges and rough texture and are extremely light. Rice flakes have no particular aroma and bland gentle taste. Depending upon the method of cooking they can be soft or crunchy.
